Miratorg signs 10 bln rbl investment deal with Bryansk Region
SOCHI, Feb 14 (PRIME) -- Russian meat producer Miratorg has signed three investment agreements with the Bryansk Region totaling about 10 billion rubles, Miratorg’s President Viktor Linnik told reporters on Thursday on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum.
The first agreement includes construction of a 5 billion ruble meat processing line at a meat product plant, which will process 1,800 tonnes of raw meat per month and produce 1,000 tonnes of ready-made products per month. Under the second agreement, Miratorg will invest 4.6 billion rubles in expansion of a chicken breeding, slaughtering and processing facility and launch poultry breeding facilities with a combined capacity of 16 million heads per year.
Under the third project, Miratorg will invest 618 million rubles in a cattle semen extraction facility and a laboratory for production of sexed semen.
